FF IV (Flashback) - The woman from earth

"One day, the Lunarian from the Moon traveled to the blue planet - named Gaia - to learn more about the people living on this planet.
He was very amazed and interested into this place and thus he decided to settle here. 
And so in his new home he fell in love with a beautiful woman from earth.

... her name was Cecilia."

We're still in FF IV. But it's a very rare moment which was never mentioned in the classic SNES version actually.
But in the updated 3D-remake for Nintendo DS/IOS/Steam version of Final Fantasy IV she's mentioned in a flashback one time.

If anyone knows who I'm talking about?
